I think we need a poster showing all known (built and proposed) manned lunar landers from the BIS 1947 on. Not Science Fiction just fractural subjects.

Do you understand the scale of the task?!

I'm currently working on one for Soviet Landers, I'm up to 14 major versions so far, and that's ignoring the relatively minor variations and combination versions! Even some with reasonably clear pictures don't have a scale...

Well no, I was just suggesting the idea. Sometimes others have a better view on the subject.

Oh, it's a great idea, I'd love to see it!

I just don't want to be the one to do it!

The 19k21k design is interesting because it suggests the Soyuz design has an exceptional margin for lateral stress. If that’s so, how’, and has it carried over to today?

That is an impressive and ambitious Soviet lunar lander chart! It may be interesting to add proposed surface stay durations. Adding some of the rovers that supported crewed operations may be instructional, as well. (Not that you’re looking for more things to model!)

I’ve been working on a long term project to model and render all of the US concepts in the evolution of the LEM. So far, I’ve modeled three of them. (Maybe I’ll get there by the end of the decade.😉)

BTW - I can’t help seeing kegs of Heineken strapped to the sides of that LKE Variant 1.🙂

Only Heineken can do this!
