Did those grid fins not pivot? I’ve always seen that they’re braced all the way across but I assumed there was an axle or something that would allow them to pivot. Are they entirely fixed?
As shown, that is the 7L and they certainly are fixed in place there. It is just possible that this was the weight model, but even then it seems unlikely that the weight model would have been different from the flight model...

The 3L,5L and 6L grid fins definitely pivoted.
