What kind of weather satellite would need a booster that big? Why use such a constrained resource for that?

I have no idea!

Internally they presented weather and Earth observation satellites as having delivered good benefits. Perhaps they were trying to sell the idea that a really big one would be really good...

That bit I could not make sense of, sorry! Acronyms are always a problem.

I'm guessing some sort of military payload, but I could be wrong...

Hello.

You have mentioned the RGANTD site, with which I have long been fighting now and am not capable of cooperating with.

How could one possibly reverse engineer this reference (for example) F213_O5-1_D228_L42, or find similar ones?

Nothing I have tried seems to work!

Could I hope for any help in that matter?

Thanks and cheers!

P.S. Outstanding work!

The reference system is described in my collected documents on Gum Road.

(You don't need to buy the product, you can see it on that page)
